NRTC Funding Opportunity
The purpose of the GCP September 2013 RFP is to bring the applicant and the GCP together in order to determine the eligibility and feasibility of a proposed Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit (NRTC) project. It is designed to begin a discussion that may lead to the submission of a full application and funding approval or to determine that the proposal as structured does not meet NRTC Program requirements. This round was only open to GCP member organizations.
