GSECDC's fourth supportive housing community. With the completion of this development, GSECDC will now serve over 50 people annually through the Corpus Christies Ministries Program. This permanent supportive rental housing community is designed for single individuals with special needs. Tenants will receive services from the Garden State Episcopal CDC Division of Supportive Housing and Social Services. Each unit includes 700 square feet of living space with one 11x14 bedroom, 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer and central heating and ventilation. All units will be fully furnished for tenants. The building is completely handicap accessible, environmentally friendly and designed in accordance with the NJ Energy Star Program.
